What is science fiction: is a genre of fiction dealing with the impact of imagined ideas which revolves around science and/or technology, often in a futuristic setting. Its writing is a lot like fantasy, but it has more science so it seems like that in the future, the things in the book or movie might occur.
Where did the science fiction genre come from
It came from the scientists trying to explain things about the universe. It was first created in the scientific revelation when Newton and some other scientists were trying to explain some stuff about astronomy and mathematics.
What did it grow from
Science fiction came from a futuristic story, and formed into a genre with many different ‘sub-genres’ some which fall into stories about aliens.
Consider the role of other genres which had a direct or indirect influence on the development of science fiction
the role of other genres would have affected the way this one was created, since the first writer wanted to make something different than the other, more original genres.
