John Locke and demosthenes

John Locke was a 17th-century English philosopher whose ideas formed the foundation of liberal democracy and greatly influenced both the American and French revolutions. Locke held that our understanding of reality ultimately derives from what we have experienced through the senses. A social contract is that no matter where were from everyone has rights. There own personal contract. Working for the greater good. ENDERS GAME: Peter says that the Warsaw pact is important. Uses fear to keep things all together.

Came from the Greek republic and lived in Brittan. he lead a commander of warships in his later life and in the end he committed suicide.  he was afraid of the Macedonians taking over Greece and joined with Athens and fought the Macedonians for Greece. ENDERS GAME: He had a radical persona and wanted to disband the 'Warsaw pack' or the anti-Russian war. The reason why this was in the book because it was written during the cold war because there was no battle. Locke expected that she wouldn't be liked by these accusations and would look toward Locke.
